Information about Christine Garner
Attorney at Law
Christine Garner graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign in 1986 with a BA in Sociology. In 1989, she received her law degree from DePaul University. For two years, she worked in the compliance department for PNC Mortgage at their National Mortgage Center in Lombard, Illinois which serviced loans in all states expect Hawaii and Alaska. After leaving PNC, she began her own law practice concentrating in residential real estate in the Chicago area where she has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers. As the market changed, her practice included the negotiation and processing of short sales for her sellers.
In February, 2010, she joined Pratt Law to supervise the short sale process for the firm. In March 2010, attorney Eric Pratt left the firm which placed Ms. Garner as the owner of the firm. Although the name changed from Pratt Law to the Law Office of Christine Garner, PC, the wonderful short sale support staff remained the same. As a fun fact, Christine Garner’s most significant and important accomplishment was giving birth to 10 wonderful children (no twins, no adoptions and yes, the same husband).
